Christmas 2013

So I have been pretty sick for the past week and I am finally starting to feel well enough to get this blog post up. Christmas this year was pretty AMAZING. I have loved Christmas as my favorite holiday because to me it means family. Time to spend with family who I don't get to see all the time. But this year I think I was most excited to see how Sprout was going to react to everything.

We started our many Christmas's with my Dad on Christmas Eve morning. We had a ton of fun with Dad and he made an AWESOME breakfast for us!

Then we had the neighbor Christmas which has been a tradition for longer then I can remember. It brings me so much joy to be able to bring my baby to this tradition.

Next on our train of Christmas was Cody's parents! They got Sprout her first pair of Carhartt! Cody also took her sledding for the first time too! 

This book ironically enough, Sprout got 3 of them!

On to sledding! (This is why I love my new camera!)

And while we are there why not ride a goat! Yes this is what we do on the farm! 

Then it was off to my Dad's family for the Holton Christmas! I always love seeing my aunts and uncles. They mean the world to me and are all part of the reason why I believe family is so important. (Well in all honesty it would be because of my Nana but they all embody what she worked so hard to create!) 

This is a family tradition in this side. Every grandchild was given this Mother Goose book on their 1st birthday from my Nana. Well this year Sprout got hers for Christmas. I will be honest I cried and got emotional. :) 

We went to my moms and of course in my not feeling well I forgot my camera so I will have to get the pictures they took! Overall we had a great Christmas and It was an amazing First Christmas for my baby! The next holiday will be her first birthday and I need to start planning!!!!
